Accountant transfer file based off a QuickBooks company .QBW file; saves QuickBooks data in a format designed for accountants and tax preparers; entries within the QBX file cannot be modified except for adding General Journal notes.
To create an Accountant Transfer File, first select "Accountant's Review..." from the File menu, then choose "Create Accountant's Copy" and save the file. |
